Tower Defence: Neon City · Last updated 28 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tower Defence: Neon City (the “App”), developed by Pavlo Tanaiev (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use it on iPhone or iPad. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
None is required. The App has no sign-up, login, or forms. If you email us for support, we receive whatever you include in that message (e.g. your email address and description of the issue).
Game settings and progress (current level, unlocked towers, diamonds, highest level cleared) are saved locally using standard iOS storage. If you are signed in to Apple Game Center, your progress is also saved to your Game Center account so it can sync across your devices. This data is controlled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy; we only read and write your own game progress.
The App uses the Google AdMob SDK to display interstitial and rewarded ads. To serve, cap, measure and (with your consent) personalize ads, AdMob and Google may collect and process:
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Identifiers | Advertising identifier (IDFA, only after you allow tracking), device/vendor identifiers |
| Device & technical | Device model, OS version, language, coarse region, IP address, network type |
| Usage data | Ad impressions, taps, and interactions; approximate app activity used for ad measurement and fraud prevention |
This data is collected by Google as an independent controller/processor for advertising. See Google’s advertising policies and Google’s Privacy Policy for details, including how to control ad personalization on your Google account.
Before any tracking that uses your device’s advertising identifier across apps, iOS shows Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, we do not use the IDFA and you will receive only non-personalized (contextual) ads. You can change this any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Where required by the GDPR and similar laws, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to show a consent form before loading ads. Your choice determines whether ads are personalized or non-personalized. You can reset your choice at any time from the App or by reinstalling it.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Advertising is configured as not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided data to an advertising partner, contact us and we will help you address it with the relevant provider.
We ourselves do not sell your personal information. Advertising partners may process data as described in their own policies.
Game progress persists until you delete the App or clear it in Game Center. Data held by advertising partners is retained according to their policies.
We may update this policy as the App evolves or as laws change. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
