How is my progress saved?

Progress is stored on your device and, when you’re signed in to Apple Game Center, synced to your Game Center account so it carries across your iPhone and iPad.

I got a new phone — how do I restore my progress?

Sign in to the same Apple ID and enable Game Center, then open the game. Your highest cleared level and unlocks are restored from Game Center automatically.

My progress didn’t carry over.

Make sure Game Center is enabled in iOS Settings → Game Center and that you’re using the same Apple ID. If it still doesn’t sync, email us with your device details and we’ll help.

Why do I see ads, and can I remove them?

Ads (between some levels and optional rewarded ads for bonuses) keep the game free to play. A paid “Remove Ads” option is planned for a future update.

What is the “Ask App Not to Track” prompt?

That’s Apple’s standard privacy prompt. Whatever you choose, the game works fully — declining simply means you’ll see non-personalized ads. You can change it later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The game crashed or a level won’t load.

Try force-closing and reopening the app, and make sure you’re on the latest version from the App Store. If it persists, send us the details above and we’ll get on it.

I have a feature request.

Send it over — new towers, biomes, and quality-of-life ideas from players genuinely shape the roadmap.
